Snow -Weenee-Ism
I know Oswego had 110 inches of snow but, look what I awoke to this morning. This unmeasurable amount of fluff coupled with 28 degrees and a 10 mph wind is enough to paralyze western N.C. Right now there is a mad rush to the store to stock up on milk, bread, beer and videos. School will be canceled at least till Tues. because a one sq. foot patch of ice has been found.
By about 9 a.m. the sun will come out and this crisis will be over. People will talk about this storm for the rest of the week. Bo will assume his permanent position, napping in the sunlight. Of course this won't make the national news. Everyone is all concerned over some squall in Pulasky N.Y.
Snow-Weenee-Ism will continue unabated south of the Mason Dixon line. Where is my muff?

It's all relative. Out here a little rain keeps people from going out on the slippery roads...slippery because they haven't been rained on in so long ---(all the residue from cars 'n stuff) We're working on 1/2 inch of rain so far this season!
I feel your pain Buabba. We had isolated flurries last night. I was hoping they would be a bit more intensive and wide-spread because I would really like to find out how my truck handles in the snow. But alas, I was let down.
At least later this week I might be able to pull out the warm weather running gear as temps should be in the 50's or low 60's starting tomorrow.
Today schools had a a 2-hour fog delay. Now it was pretty thick but I don't understand why everyone can't just drive slower. It's not like you can't see at all.
