Where are we going?
Marianne left this morning to go to Grove City and flip David's apartment. Ben is leaving Saturday for D.C. Bo is so confused.
"Flip": From the TV show "Flip This House". People buy a run down house for $80,000 then put about $30,000 into it and sell it for a million. The O.C. is one of the most common flipping areas featured on the show. It's one of CP's favorite programs.
Flipping only works when the flippers are smart and the market is hot. Many people who flip can't sell and then become landlords or file for chapter thirteen bankruptcy.
I'm sure in So-Cal flippers have their own TV network.

I can understand... as for Bo....well, to me, he looks that way anyway.
