Go Dottie!


Dottie hit a home run in North Carolina with her Pork Marsala.
Carol did tweek it with some beef bouillon.
Pork, mushrooms, noodles and a rich sauce; Bon appetit!

I used some cooking wine I had on hand. I told Babba we were having Pork Marsala, because it sounds ever so much nicer than Pork Gallo.

CP, ha! I'm sure it was delicious. But do Babba a favor and try it next time with Marsala wine. It's called pork marsala for a reason.

You can get Marsala at Trader Joe's, pretty cheap, and it won't go bad if you refrigerate.
