Our Micro Christmas Tree

We went all out this year and picked up this $15 beauty. Half off if you wait til a week before Christmas with the other cheap people. It's custom made for townhouses. Next year I'm going to look for one that's pre-lit and decorated. Yep, fit right in the back of the Element. They even cut the bottom and drilled and trimmed it.

Don't tell D-55 I got it at Lowe's. Yipes!

That's quite a deal! I guess I'm pretty cheap, because I didn't even spring for a tree. :-) But I live in El Paso, and think that would be a bit chintzy.

how about a christmas palm tree, jen?
This is babba's dream--watching the tree shrink every year. By the time I'm 30, it will be a table top tree.

Of course, last year they let me pick, and it didn't fit in the living room.....

It didn't LOOK 8 feet tall in the lot...

Lowe's eh? Looks like some of your pocket change spent on that tree is already on your driveway. Does Linus have his blanket wrapped around it yet?

Beautiful tree, Babba. Looks like the size D- pointed out yesterday. I loved it; Hannah wouldn't have anything to do with it. M-

Boy that looks like the one we almost bought this year until Hannah piped up.

Funny, I remember having a "table topper" as a kid one year. My parents were waiting for their house to be built and we had to live that winter in a 8'wide X 32'long New Moon trailer. It was behind a motel they had purchased just east of Canadaigua... the year ...1956. It also had field mice as visitors.
